The Scriptures are clear that children are a heritage and blessing from the Lord (Psalm 127:3-5). They also teach that the blessing of children comes with responsibility. The primary responsibility of raising children in the fear and instruction of the Lord is given to the parents of those children (Ephesians 6:4). However, we do not believe that parents are left to themselves in this endeavor. As a covenant community, it is our passion and conviction to faithfully assist parents in this task as members of God’s covenant people. Therefore, Sovereign Grace offers Sunday school classes, Wednesday night catechism classes, and an annual VBS geared towards reinforcing and supplementing the truths they are learning in the home.
